Marinwood Fire Department

Welcome to the Marinwood Fire Department, home of Engine 58 and wildland Engine 658. Our professional and volunteer firefighters provide 24 hour-a-day fire and medical response to Marinwood, Lucas Valley, and Lucas Valley Estates. We also provide emergency response to adjacent areas in San Rafael and operate within the county wide mutual aid program.

Our firefighters are trained in the latest fire science and medical techniques and provide a number of services to the community including fire safety programs, educational programs at the schools, tours of the firehouse (a favorite of the Cub Scouts) and public assistance during natural disasters. The department responds to an average of 1,100 emergency calls a year. For more information, please call the fire department at 415-479-0122 or email Fire Chief, Tom Roach
