The Marinwood Firefighter's Association has entered into a Charter Agreement with the Boy Scouts of America Troop 84. Through this agreement both groups will improve the services they provide, act as a resource pool for community activities, and foster growth on an individual level.
Marinwood Fire Deparment and Local Scout 84 gathered donated food for the Boy Scouts "Scouting for Food" progam the weekend of Novemebr 16 and 17. This was a perfect example of the Charter Agreement at work.
Troop 84 generated over 2,066 pounds of food. We applaud the effort of Troop 84 and those who donated to the program.
